Main Features

if your headphones do not match each other or some glitches appear, make a reset:

1. cancel pairing (remove headphones) on all devices: smartphone, tablet where connected

2. remove both headphones from the case and turn them off: press the buttons for 6 seconds until the red LEDs light up

3. press both buttons again for 15 seconds: first will flash white, after 10 sec red white and again after 5 sec

4. simultaneously turn on the headphones hold button 2 seconds

The left will start to look for the right and synchronize with it: there will be simultaneous sound and flicker white will be only right.
Only after that, they can be connected to the phone. If done before, then the headphones will not find each other.

If the reset did not help, try to repeat it a couple more times.
There are 3 reasons why the headset can’t be charged:
1. The film on the back of the earphone is not torn off and cannot be charged;

2. The charging compartment is out of power and cannot be charged;

3.Because the headphones and the charging compartment have electricity, how to charge is not turned off, and the charging will turn red when there is no electricity.

Ps: If you want to test to determine if there is power, you can take the headset up for 3 seconds and then flash it back to the charging compartment.
The red light will be on, and then the white light will be on quickly. After 1 minute, the white light will go out, indicating that the headphones are fully charged.
The applicable voltage for the charging box is 4.5 volts to5.5 volts.
Current is 0.5a to 2a
You can connect to your computer via USB and check if it can be charged.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Seasonseasons (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
